Several of those are genuinely walkable from the residential pockets, though the corridor is built for cars and the walk is not a pleasant one.
No other neighborhood in this guide is close to this. Congdon Park, Hunter's Park, Woodland, Lester Park, and Park Point all require real drives for a weekly shop. Kenwood has a good shopping center but not this scale. In the Heights, the errand run is measured in minutes and can be done in one stop.
For medical specifically, the Miller Hill area's clinic and specialist concentration is a substantial advantage for households managing regular appointments, with Essentia Health and St. Luke's hospitals both about ten minutes downtown-side.
Add the six-minute airport run and the ten-minute downtown trip, and the practical case is close to unanswerable for anyone whose priority is time rather than scenery.
