Oneota is the eastern end of West Duluth, a small grid of pre-1960 worker housing running down to the St. Louis Bay with Interstate 35 through the middle and the Bong Bridge approach at 46th Avenue West. It carries one of the oldest names in the city and one of the lowest price points, and its defining tradeoff is honest and physical: this is the best-connected neighborhood on the west side and the loudest.
