It suits families who want space and a small school district, people with equipment, animals or a workshop, and anyone whose idea of a good weekend starts in their own woods.

Look elsewhere if you want to walk anywhere, because there is nothing to walk to and no bus at all. Look elsewhere if a private well and a septic system sound like someone else's problem, because here they are yours. Look elsewhere if you want a choice of houses, because inventory is very thin and you will be waiting for a listing rather than shopping a market.
