Lincoln Park has a reputation in Duluth that runs behind its current reality, which is a common pattern in neighborhoods that have changed quickly. The Craft District blocks carry steady evening foot traffic, the residential streets vary considerably between the busier lower blocks near the highway and the quieter upper hillside, and lighting and sidewalk condition are inconsistent.
