Congdon reads as a quiet, low-traffic residential neighborhood, the kind of place where the loudest thing on a weekday afternoon is a leaf blower. Streets are lit, sidewalks are common, and the park draws steady daytime foot traffic, which is its own kind of activity on the paths.
For anything beyond feel, use city-published trend data rather than impressions.
