Congdon Park
Congdon Park is Duluth's most storied address: a canopy of old elms and oaks, arts-and-crafts mansions along Tischer Creek, and a walk-to-the-lake calm ten minutes from downtown. It is quiet, family-oriented, and expensive, the neighborhood most Duluthians name when asked where they would live if money were no object. The tradeoff is honest: century-old houses, steep winter streets, and a price of entry that starts where much of the city tops out.
