Dovetail is the daytime cafe and marketplace in the middle of the Lincoln Park Craft District, between OMC Smokehouse and Love Creamery on West Superior Street.
The craft district is the single strongest argument for buying in Lincoln Park, and it works because of density rather than any one business: within about two blocks there is a brewery, a smokehouse, a cidery a little further west, an ice cream shop, a taproom, a taqueria and this cafe. That is walkable in a way almost nothing else on Duluth's west side is.
Dovetail covers the daytime end of it, which matters because most of the district's other businesses open in the afternoon. Hours are not published on a source this guide can confirm, so check the cafe's own site before you go.
