About Burger Paradox
Burger Paradox is on West Superior Street between the Bent Paddle end of the Lincoln Park craft blocks and the Wild State end, in the stretch that has filled in most recently.
It is worth listing separately from the district's better-known names because the fill-in is the story. Lincoln Park's revival was five or six businesses a decade ago and is now a continuous run of them for most of a mile, which is what turns a commercial strip into somewhere people walk rather than park twice.
It is smash burgers, with an Impossible patty substitution across the menu and delivery available. Note the split week: it opens at 4pm Monday to Thursday and at 11am Friday to Sunday, and runs to 11pm every night, which makes it one of the few late kitchens on the west side.
