About Duluth Cider
Duluth Cider is one of two cideries in the Lincoln Park Craft District, alongside Wildstate Cider, and part of the concentration of craft producers that gave the neighborhood its second name.
Cider is a slightly unexpected fit for a northern Minnesota port city, and that is part of why the district works: rather than four breweries doing the same thing, Lincoln Park ended up with beer, cider, barbecue, bread, and outdoor gear manufacturing within a few blocks, which gives visitors a reason to spend an afternoon rather than a drink.
For residents, it is a walkable taproom in a neighborhood that a decade ago had almost no reason for anyone from elsewhere in Duluth to visit. The Craft District rebranding, supported by a city loan program targeted at this ZIP code, is the reason that changed.
