About Mama T's Smokin Eats
Mama T's is a Cajun and Southern kitchen at the far south end of Tower Avenue, out where Superior's main street runs toward the US 2 and 53 junction and the city thins into the South End.
It is the strongest-reviewed independent restaurant in Superior by volume, and it is nowhere near downtown, which is a useful correction to how people picture the city's food. The South End was a separately incorporated village before 1889 and still reads as its own place; this is a large part of what that place has now.
It runs afternoons and evenings and is closed at least two days a week by listing accounts. Hours are not published by the business, so confirm before you drive out.
Good to know: Cajun and Southern menu, smoked meats, poblano mac and cheese, seasoned fries, fish platters.
