About Stebner Park

Stebner Park at 4860 Maple Grove Road is Hermantown's soccer park and the trailhead for the Boulder Trail section of the Hermantown Connector Trail System, the city's growing multi-use network (City of Hermantown, accessed 2026-08-13).

The Hermantown Youth Soccer Association runs its programs from the fields here, which makes the park the summer and fall counterpart to the hockey arena. Facilities are straightforward: fields, a playground, parking, and seasonal restroom service.

Its more interesting long-term role is as a trail node. Hermantown has been building out connector trail segments to link the Maple Grove Road parks and eventually tie into the wider regional network, and Stebner is the current anchor of that effort.

Good to know: soccer fields, playground, Boulder Trail trailhead, seasonal portable toilets and restrooms.
