About Burlington Bay Campground and Lakeview Park
Burlington Bay Campground is the City of Two Harbors' own campground and lakefront park, sitting directly on Lake Superior at Highway 61 and Park Road. It offers 66 sites with water and 30/50 amp electric hookups, 70 sites with water, electric, and sewer, and 12 primitive tent sites, and it runs from mid-May to mid-October (City of Two Harbors, accessed 2026-08-13).
It is one of the more remarkable municipal amenities in this guide: a city of about 3,400 people running a full campground on Lake Superior frontage, generating revenue while also functioning as the town's beach and lakefront park.
