About Park Point Community Club
The Park Point Community Club is the neighborhood association for Minnesota Point, and it carries more weight than most Duluth community clubs because Park Point's issues are genuinely unusual. A neighborhood of a few hundred households on a seven-mile sandbar, reachable by one lift bridge, has a specific and recurring agenda: bridge operations and traffic, beach management, erosion and storm damage, airport operations, and development pressure on a fragile landform.
